About KeiWorld
KeiWorld (軽の世界) is a magazine and community for people who love kei cars. In Japan a kei jidōsha is a "light automobile": a car held to a tiny size and a 660 cc engine limit. Those rules produced some of the most inventive small cars ever built.
What we are into
The mid-engined Honda Beat, the turbocharged Suzuki Cappuccino, the gullwing Autozam AZ-1, the Daihatsu Copen, the Honda S660, and the tough little Suzuki Jimny. Also the humble daily drivers, the vans, the trucks and the weird one-offs. If it fits the rules, it belongs here.
What you will find
- A magazine with owner stories, buyer guides and road trips.
- A forum for technical questions, import advice, meets and general chat.
- Build logs, a gallery and a library of manuals and guides.
Who runs it
KeiWorld is run by a small team of enthusiasts and moderators. We read the reports, we answer the questions we can, and we try to keep the place kind. Read the community rules before you post, and use the contact page if you need us.
