Store and orders

The store sells shirts, stickers and prints, and the sales help pay for hosting. The site owner can switch the store off, and then the Store link disappears from the header and its pages show a "coming soon" note.

Buying

1. Open a product, pick a size or option, and add it to your cart.
2. Open your cart and check the items and quantities.
3. Press checkout. You are sent to Stripe's secure payment page, where you enter your address and pay.
4. Afterwards you land on a thank-you page and get a confirmation email.

You do not need an account to buy. If you are not logged in, you enter an email address for your receipt. KeiWorld never sees or stores your card details.

Your orders

• Orders you placed while logged in appear under Settings, then Orders.
• If you ordered without an account, go to the store's order lookup and enter your order number (it looks like KW-000123 and is in your confirmation email) and the email address you used.

You will get a notification and an email when your order ships, with a tracking link if there is one. For problems with an order, use the contact page and quote your order number.
